ARCTICFLAME: New Album Title Announced

May 15, 2007

New Jersey power metallers ARCTICFLAME have set "Declaration" as the title of their second album, tentatively due before the end of the year. Due to scheduling conlicts, relocation of their studio, and the recording of the next ATTACKER CD, ATTACKER's Mike Sabatini will not be able to complete the new ARCTICFLAME project. Dave Manheimer, who just completed the new SYMPHONY X record, will produce ARCTICFLAME's sophomore release.

ARCTICFLAME recently announced the addition of guitarist Steve Demalion to the group's ranks. Steve previously played for the '80s rock band WARRIOR, touring with them for three years throughout Canada and the U.S. Having recently moving to New Jersey from Tacoma, Washington, he answered an Internet ad placed by ARCTICFLAME, who were seeking a replacement for departed guitarist Don Dioro.

Commented drummer Mike Paradine: "Steve brings some great metal guitar work plus a high energetic stage prescence that was missing from that side of the stage. And for some reason he reminds me of Gary Moore!"
